Koolan Iron Ore have utilised the services & supply of Trackspares/Trackex in WA for some time now & have been purchasing KBJ undercarriage for our fleets over this time.
Since June 2012 we began the purchase of the KBJ D10R/T track chains product & all data/indications show external wear to be extremely comparable to that of the genuine product.
There have been no issues with sealing and the chains have been inspected at every service including regular CTS to check for hot joints. All reports show nil detected to date.
We continue to expect these chains to run through to our 4000 hour goal after which they are sent to Trackex WA for reseal & pin/bush turn and re-lugged to be run out to full life.
